This wiki is about Linux system development projects and discussions. We hope to have near-monthly meetings. These are not meant to be strictly Linux kernel related, but about anything that is relevant to the Linux OS at a system level, e.g.:

• system utilities (udev, HAL, etc.)
• tools (e.g., sparse)
• video (X etc.)
• power management
• file systems
• device drivers
• etc. etc.

Meeting locations will be announced here and via the mailing list (kernel@kernel.pdx-beering.org; see http://svcs.cs.pdx.edu/mailman/listinfo/kernel).

For now, the possible locations are:

• PSU;
• the Linux Foundation office at The Round in Beaverton; and
• the Oracle office in downtown PDX.
